Avalon Bay Apartments in Norwalk, CT Are Now Available for Rent!

The new Norwalk Avalon Bay building is located at 26 Belden Avenue in Norwalk, where the old Pathmark shopping center used to be. The spot has been under construction for many years now. I just had a tour with some clients of mine who are looking to rent next year, and we found the Norwalk Avalon Bay Apartments facility to be beautiful! There are coffee/ WiFi rooms, a fully outfitted fitness center (it's huge!), pool and lounge chairs, gorgeous deck to sit out and bar-b-que with the family, and a great lounge room with bar area, gaming table, air hockey table, etc. There are 2 and 3 bedroom units, all for rent. I believe that I heard that there are over 300 different room layouts.


The gentleman who took us around on the tour of the Norwalk Avalon Bay Apartments, named Corey Caldwell, was extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Most of the facility is still under construction, but what we saw was absolutely lovely! The extra community rooms are all finished, the pool and barbeque area are complete, the lounge area is rented out for parties, also, in addition to being a great place to hang out. Corey took us into 2 different model apartments, one a 2 bedroom unit, and the other a 2 bedroom unit with loft. The 3 bedroom units will not be ready for viewing until next February or March.



The unit with the loft was great for my clients, since they have college kids who will be coming home occasionally, and the loft has a HUGE, Gianormous walk-in closet in the loft that they thought they would use to house a child on vacations. Either that, or my client (the woman) would use it for her clothes and shoes .....

The Norwalk Avalon Bay Apartments definitely got a full thumbs up from all of us!
