Wilton Area Real Estate is a moving target nowadays. One day, it seems to be hopping with activity, and the next, - somewhat quiet. The activity was somewhat brisk in March and April when the weather began to behave. Whew! What a horrific late winter we had this year!
However, it still remains to be seen what will happen now that the Home Buyer's Tax Credits are over. Interest rates are low still, inventory is still up - question is, will the buyers remain and buy? Each are of the country will have a different scenario unfolding, depending on so many factors: jobs, credit availability, interest rates, inventory, etc. Where will Wilton fit into the picture?
